First, whenever Guangdong Shenglin receives an order for a sheet metal enclosure, it conducts a comprehensive review, covering the customer's requirements for the product's appearance, dimensions, and intended use. After understanding the customer's needs, we select different processes according to different customers' products, and at the same time note the key points in the design drawings. The drawings are then taken to the engineering department to produce manufacturing process drawings; after the process engineer completes the drawings, they are reviewed by other staff, and only after review and signed confirmation are they issued to the workshop.

For CNC blanking, the first part of every CNC blanking run must undergo full inspection. Workpieces blanked by (CNC punching, metal laser cutting machines, etc.) are inspected, including dimensions and flat-pattern development. In mass production, all first-article inspections must pass before batch production can begin. During bending, the bending direction and bending dimensions of the first part must be confirmed, and batch production starts only after confirmation. When the operator or the die is changed, inspection must be repeated. For finished products, welded or bent finished parts are sampled and inspected against the drawing's dimensional requirements, and every dimension must be confirmed during sampling. At the same time, a full appearance inspection is carried out; nonconforming items must be promptly adjusted and re-inspected, and an inspection report must be filled in.

Surface treatment: products that have undergone surface treatment receive a full appearance inspection. Shipping: products that have not passed inspection must not be shipped. First articles must be submitted for inspection by the operator, and finished products likewise; only after passing inspection and the inspector's signature can they be stored. If the operator does not submit for inspection, no labor fee is paid for that batch.
