This OPPO brand glass cabinet is produced to OPPO terminal image standards, using the brand's signature colour with open glass display surfaces. Internal lighting is even and soft, showing mobile phone detail clearly, and the cabinet is built to a consistent process standard so it can be replicated across many stores.
The cabinet combines a baking paint body with large glass panels, and the interior is organised into display levels sized for phone models and boxed products. Lighting is mounted in the frame to avoid glare on the glass while keeping the display surface bright. Doors are positioned for staff access from the operating side so customer facing glass stays clean and continuous.
The body uses cold rolled steel with multi coat baking paint for a fine, durable surface, and tempered glass panels give clear product visibility with impact resistance. The primary frame is fabricated from high grade cold rolled steel plate through laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and polishing, then finished with degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and electrostatic powder coating or fluorocarbon baking paint, giving a coating with strong adhesion, good scratch resistance and long term colour stability. Display surfaces use 5mm tempered safety glass with high light transmittance and impact resistance. High quality LED chips provide internal lighting with low light decay, long service life and low energy consumption, and all edges are chamfered and rounded for safe daily use.
