This TECNO premium display cabinet is developed from structure design and 3D rendering through to physical sampling, producing crisp body lines and layered lighting that express a premium brand position. Multi angle samples such as front, left and low views are confirmed with the customer so what is delivered matches what was designed.
The cabinet combines a self supporting sheet metal shell with a glass display volume, and internal lighting is arranged in tiers so each shelf receives the intended light level. Door hinges and locks are selected for smooth operation in daily store use, and the base is closed so the cabinet reads as one solid volume. Packaging is designed for container shipment to protect glass during long transport.
Sheet metal parts are laser cut, bent and welded before multi coat baking paint finishing, giving a surface that is fine to the touch and resistant to marking, while tempered glass protects the display area. The primary frame is fabricated from high grade cold rolled steel plate through laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and polishing, then finished with degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and electrostatic powder coating or fluorocarbon baking paint, giving a coating with strong adhesion, good scratch resistance and long term colour stability. Display surfaces use 5mm tempered safety glass with high light transmittance and impact resistance. High quality LED chips provide internal lighting with low light decay, long service life and low energy consumption, and all edges are chamfered and rounded for safe daily use.
