This wall mounted mobile phone display cabinet with light box integrates a brand light box in the upper section and a glass display area below, making full use of the store wall so merchandising and brand communication happen at the same time. Light box artwork can be replaced, so content can follow different marketing campaigns.
The upper light box module uses a tensioned printed panel with even backlighting, and the lower display volume is fitted with adjustable shelves and concealed lighting behind the frame. The cabinet is designed for wall fixing with a slim depth so it does not intrude into the aisle, and cable entry is provided at the back for neat installation.
Sheet metal body panels with baking paint or powder coating, tempered glass display panels, and LED light box modules with even luminance and low heat output. The primary frame is fabricated from high grade cold rolled steel plate through laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and polishing, then finished with degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and electrostatic powder coating or fluorocarbon baking paint, giving a coating with strong adhesion, good scratch resistance and long term colour stability. Display surfaces use 5mm tempered safety glass with high light transmittance and impact resistance. High quality LED chips provide internal lighting with low light decay, long service life and low energy consumption, and all edges are chamfered and rounded for safe daily use.
